What To Expect?
You’ll be touching down in Haneda Airport (HND) in the south of Tokyo, where you’ll be joining us in a hotel just 6 minutes away from the airport where we will connect and have our first group dinner together.
The next morning, we will be departing to our next destination - Mishima while visiting various beautiful and historical sites on the way to enjoy the sights while capturing content together for your marketing and branding purposes which officially kicks off our 5-day Breakthrough Retreat.
During these 5 focused days we will dive deep into new products together, working on your marketing and branding, growing your connections with our network and fellow industry leaders, explore new JV opportunities, Mastermind new strategies and approaches to win both the online and offline market.
After our 5 days we will be traveling back to Tokyo for a sightseeing tour with yet another opportunity to capture more content. We will then end the day and our experience together with a group dinner and celebration.
We officially checkout on the 15th March where you can choose to extend your stay to explore and experience Tokyo further or journey back home with newfound strategies, connections, and opportunities to grow your speaking business.

You will arrive at Haneda Airport in Tokyo, and we will meet together with the rest of the participants in a welcome dinner.
Monday, Mar 10 2025
Day 1: Connection
We will visit beautiful scenic sites capturing content and marketing materials on our way to Mishima to our "Dojo", the setting of our Mastermind with Mount Fuji as a backdrop for our experience where we will officially kick off our retreat.
Tuesday, Mar 11 2025
Day 2: Conceptualization
We will explore a beautiful park together and continue the day brainstorming on our products and funnels together.
Wednesday, Mar 12 2025
Day 3: Production
We will begin producing our products together, where you and other speakers will have the opportunity to present and get your topics of choice recorded in the mastermind.
Thursday, Mar 13 2025
Day 4: Strategic Planning
We will explore the sales and marketing strategies that are working in the market today while also having insights on how you can extend your longevity as a speaker in the market.

Day 5: Execution
Bringing it all together and crafting an action plan that will propel us to the next level in our collaboration.
